ArmoryNational Guard Armory - 705 South Lexington Street.

The National Guard Armory is available for the use of individuals or groups subject to the issuance of a permit and payment of all fees. Reservations are taken for any date that has not yet be reserved. The city may cancel the contract of any person, group, organization or association or deny the use of any portion of the National Guard Armory to such person, group, organization or association when the proposed use of the facility will not be in the best interest of the city.

The National Guard Armory calendar is open to any future dates you wish to reserve, no more than 365 days prior to date requesting. The National Guard Armory seats a maximum of 460 people. The rental of the Armory includes Chairs: 312 plastic, 144 steal and Tables: 15 Round plastic 5' diameter, 20 plastic rectangular, 10 wooden rectangular 8"-2.5, the rental fee of the Armory does NOT include cleaning. You must clean the Armory and ensure the building, tables, and chairs are returned in the same condition as when rented. The armory hours of use are from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight) and the building must be cleaned and vacated at that time.

The Civic Center is available for the use of individuals or groups subject to the issuance of a permit and payment of all fees. Reservations are taken for any date that has not yet be reserved. The City may cancel the contract of any person, group, organization or association or deny the use of any portion of the Civic Center to such person, group, organization or association when the proposed use of the facility will not be in the best interest of the city.

The Civic Center calender is open to any future dates you wish to reserve. The Civic Center seats a maximum of 115 people. The rental of the Civic Center includes 115 chairs and 15 tables that measure 8 by 3 feet. The rental fee for the Civic Center does not include cleaning. You must clean the Civic Center and ensure the building, tables, and chairs are returned in the same condition as when rented. The Civic Center hours are from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight) and the building must be vacated at that time.

Additional Information

  • Application for use of any hall must be at least 30 calendar days in advance of the date of intended use.
  • All applications must be signed by an adult, 21 years of age or older, who shall agree to be responsible for said use, meet all conditions required and pay all fees as required.
  • Fees must be paid at the time of submitting the application.
  • All halls are not available for commercial use
