The Purchasing division welcomes you! We appreciate your interest in doing business with the City of Delano. We appreciate the effort that you make to provide the City of Delano with quality products and services. The City is always interested in securing responsible vendors who can supply its needs promptly, economically, and in the desired quality and quantities.
Purchasing is a division of the Finance Department and is located on the first floor of City Hall, 1015 Eleventh Avenue, Delano, CA 93215. Pursuant to our purchasing ordinance 3.08, the Finance Department is responsible for overseeing the purchasing function that is being administered by each department. We procure for the city, the supplies, equipment and services at the lowest possible cost commensurate with quality and quantity needed.
