The City of Delano announces the closure of Woollomes Avenue between the
southbound State Route 99 on and off ramps and Lexington Street. The northbound
State Route 99 on and off ramps at Woollomes Avenue, which have been closed since
October, will remain closed. Woollomes Avenue will be closed for approximately two
weeks beginning January 7, 2013. Traffic will be directed along detour routes on
Lexington Street, Albany Street / Stradley Avenue, Browning Road, Pond Road, Schuster
Road, Garces Highway, and State Route 99. If you have any questions, please contact
