Project Description
The City intends to construct a new Transit Center operations and maintenance facility. The project would allow the City to consolidate its resources, accommodate current requirements, and provide for future expansions and growth over the next 20 years. The proposed project site is located on a six-acre parcel at 2727 West Industry Road. The parcel is owned by the City and has been previously used as a correctional facility. Half of the parcel is currently developed with the following infrastructure:
- 60,000 square foot building.
- 18,000 square feet of open concrete courtyard.
- Staff parking and internal access roads.
- Security fence.
