How do I obtain permits for a residential or commercial addition?
Residential projects need 2 sets of builing plans, including floor plans and elevations (side views) with dimensions clearly labeled, a Site Plan that clearly shows distances of the existing and proposed building from property line. Plan check fee is required upon submittal of plans.

Commercial Projects need 5 sets of builind plans, 2 sets of structural calculations or Title 24. Plan check fee is required upon submittal of plans.
